We have been working on the Schedule 13G Online Workstation (13GOLWS) on and off for the past couple of years. When the SEC announced that Forms SC13D and SC13G were going to be XML forms we suspended development until publication of technical specs. However, it’s been over a year and with nothing published as yet, we decided to continue development of a web-based HTML form so our self-filing clients could put it to good use. We plan to have a basic 13GOLWS up and running in the next few week.
